 With over 30 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies in both the United States and Europe, Shawn is an expert at developing the next generation of transformative leaders.  As a certified Executive Coach, her clients are representative of the most elite industries—encompassing the private sector, public sector, and non-profit fields in the areas of technology, retail, logistics, education, and entrepreneurship.  

In the corporate world, her focus was on building/driving high-performing sales organizations and leading through dramatic organizational change.  As a specialist in restructuring and scaling company expansions, her background is an asset that allows her to understand the unique challenges, opportunities, and crossroads that leaders face.  

On a global level, she’s worked across Europe to optimize the performance of some of the most successful sales organizations in the world.  This has given her an appreciation for and the ability to help her clients navigate the challenges & opportunities of cultural diversity and history.

Shawn is a certified facilitator, delivering & authoring corporate leadership development & sales curriculums.     

Shawn has worked extensively with executive and mid-level sales leadership in the United States and Europe on leadership and coaching frameworks designed to build and drive high-performing teams.  

She’s created leadership development curriculums aimed at preparing ‘future leaders’ and strengthening organizational succession pools.   

   Aaron Tabacco, PhD, has been leading people through growth and change in some of life’s most challenging contexts for over thirty years. He is currently the Director of Staff Experience at the UCSF Department of Medicine and a Certified Executive Coach. Aaron is known across many organizations and populations for his talents in coaching, leadership and organization development, mediation, and teaching. A former professor of nursing and senior program administrator, he enjoyed simultaneous roles in clinical practice, education, and research. He is an internationally published and regarded scholar in the areas of the neurobiology of learning and behavior, family science, and is a clinical specialist in executive functioning.

Throughout his career, Aaron has focused deeply on the professional comportment of students, faculty, staff, and executives and has earned a strong reputation for insightful and compassionate coaching and communications, as well as the ability to deliver transformational feedback. He is a committed ally and engages in and leads a number of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts in his roles at UCSF and the Berkeley-Haas Executive Education program. Additionally, he has served a number of individuals and groups as a mediator, helping to bridge communication and values conflicts that otherwise prevent forward movement in high-stakes circumstances from C-Suites to ICUs. Overall, he uses his former career and education as a nurse to guide organizations in their journeys to become holistic workplaces that promote healthy engagement and work/life integration. As a graduate and faculty of the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (BECI), Aaron’s approach to his clients centers upon connection through high-level presence, compassion, and emotional intelligence.

Outside of his professional work, Aaron is an author, avid reader, student artist, musician, and the father of three young adult sons with whom he explores the awe-inspiring geography of the Pacific Northwest. He makes his home in Vancouver, WA, and travels frequently to the San Francisco Bay Area for work.

   As an Executive Coach and Facilitator with over four years of experience, Alison Godfrey helps leaders and teams unleash their full potential and achieve their professional goals. She works with the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, a prestigious program affiliated with UC Berkeley/Haas School of Business Executive Education, where she delivers immersive training and distance learning to executives and aspiring coaches.

Alison combines her solid foundation in the business world with her deep understanding of emotional intelligence and leadership development. She has successfully led and supported various strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational changes across different sectors and industries. She empowers her clients to develop their leadership brand, align their vision and strategy, enhance their communication skills, and foster collaborative partnerships. Sandra is masterful at teaching the vocal techniques and storytelling skills that empower business leaders, non-profit directors, and emerging influencers to create impactful communication and authentic presence. Her dual career as a professional actor/singer/director and as a life counselor made for a natural training ground for her to become an Impactful Communication + Presence teacher/coach.

With a BFA in drama from Carnegie-Mellon, and a 30+ year professional career that took her around the world, both on stage and behind the scenes, behind the mic and on-camera, Sandra understands firsthand what it takes to tell a story in a powerful and engaging way.

In 2005, Sandra enrolled at The New Seminary for Interfaith Studies, and was ordained as an Interfaith Minister, counselor, and life strategist. Unaffiliated with any single religious tradition, she has helped clients pursue their deeper truths, values, and intentions as they come to a greater understanding of their own internal goals, message and mission.

What do good actors, speakers and leaders all have in common? Truthful Presence. In other words, they know what, how and why they are communicating. They understand that it is at the intersection of intention, content, and delivery where truthful presence and authenticity live.

By weaving the skills of the actor: breath + body language work, vocal strength, diction, intention, and storytelling with the skills of emotional + spiritual intelligence: the power of silence, mindfulness, deep listening, and wisdom presence she’s created a holistic methodology called The B.I.G. Approach, to help business leaders, executives, educators, lawyers, anyone to step into bolder and more real communication, intentional conversations, and gutsier storytelling.

Working 1:1 with clients, in small group workshops and rehearsal processes, as well as presenting at conferences, Sandra has worked with actors, teachers, lawyers, speakers, students, influencers and entrepreneurs, people of all ages and backgrounds, to educate, empower, and energize people to step into their true potential.

 Maria Mayes is a multifaceted professional, serving as a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and Well-Being Coach. Maria integrates Breathwork, Meditation, and Mindfulness into corporate environments, fostering wellness from the conference room to the cocktail table.  Maria is committed to enhancing the mental well-being of the collective and has a track record of creating positive transformations in the lives of executive-level leaders and healthcare providers.  As the Chakras & Chardonnay podcast host, she brings these transformative teachings to a global audience.
